Return Policy 

Merchandise can be returned if purchased online directly from sethsand.com within 15 days of order being received. To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be in the original condition received, not worn or altered, and in original packaging with garment labels attached. No exceptions.

Returns are processed when item(s) are received by our returns department. Please allow 7-10 business days to complete. Refunds for eligible merchandise will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for credit to appear, or contact your bank institution for further assistance.  

Note:  All sale items are final sale.

Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges.    

Canceling an Order 

We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. We will not be able to change or cancel your order once submitted. If you decide you do not want the items, you can request a return. Contact us at customerservice@sethsand.com for assistance.

Orders entered on sethsand.com will be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from our San Diego, California, location. Orders ship via USPS Ground and UPS and typically take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive.
